The Body Solid Cam Series GCEC340B leg extension and leg curl machine, simplifies leg day by allowing users to perform both Leg Extensions and Leg Curl from one comfortable position.
With its fully adjustable, 7-gauge steel cam, this machine is a versatile companion that can accommodate users of all sizes, and its easy-to-adjust settings make it a convenient choice for multiple users in a household or a busy training facility.
Switching between exercises on the GCEC340B is a breeze with the easy-to-adjust pop-pin!
For leg curls, simply pull the jumbo pop pin and raise the lifting arm to a comfortable starting position. Then, sit down, wrapping legs over the 8-inch foam rollers, and press down to perform seated leg curl exercises.
To switch to leg extensions, pull the pin again to lower the lifting arm, position your legs behind the oversized rollers, and lift and extend legs to work the quadriceps muscles.
Comfort is king on the GCEC340B, which features thick, comfortable, and durable DuraFirm™ pads and oversized 8" foam rollers. These pads and rollers are designed to withstand heavy use, avoid tears and scuffs, and, best of all, are easy to clean after sweaty workouts.
