How can I return a product that I purchased?

At Fitness Giant we want to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase as well as the customer service we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Please keep in mind that we do not refund any shipping costs incurred TO and FROM your location even if the item was marked "Free Shipping".

Please note that all returned items must be in BRAND NEW condition and packaged in their original carton(s) in order to be accepted. if an item is returned which does not meet these guidelines, it may be subject to refusal. Some returns may also be subject to a restocking fee.

Of course if you received the wrong item or the item is damaged or defective, there will be no cost to our customers for returns or replacements.
