Unbelievable Customer Service

The product was just as expected but I cannot say enough about the service. I called with a question before I ordered and the owner of the company called me back within 10 minutes to answer. Had a delay in the delivery of part of the order and talked to the owner again and he straightened it out personally. As a small business owner I really appreciated it. This company is top notch. I would never order from anywhere else. Thanks.

- Great weights. Nice finish. The ends of the bar are smooth not ribbed. That's what I wanted. The economy set is ribbed.
