Overall, the GLDA3 attachment is perfect for my leg and knee strengthening workouts. What disappointed me was finding out that I would have to purchase the Olympic weight collar for the weight post. From the pictures, the GLDA3 appears to have the Olympic weight collar on the post. That, for me, was the distinguishing reason for purchasing the GLDA3 and not the GLDA1. Also, I don't remember reading anything in the description that said the Olympic weight collar was sold separately.
