Body-Solid’s Weight-Assisted Chin Dip Machine allows users to perform dip, chin-up and pull-up movements more easily and effectively by counterbalancing the user’s bodyweight.
The S2ACD is available with a 235lb weight stack. This counterbalanced weight allows for full range of motion, perfect repetitions and proper form regardless of the user's current fitness level.
The S2ACD features two wide lat pull-up grips, both neutral and traditional for exercise variety. The unique close grip chin up bar folds out of the way for the other exercises and also features both a neutral and traditional hand grip positions. For users looking to increase grip strength, the S2ACD has Body Solid’s exclusive rock climbing grips.

Top Quality Assisted Chin/Dip Machine

We ordered the Body Solid Series II S2ACD Assisted Chin Dip Machine for our home gym. This is a top quality machine that looks as good as it works. If you have ever tried to do chin ups or dips with a strap around your feet, its a joke. This machine is easy to use, quick to change the weight used for the assist, and really does help you achieve chip ups and dips without weight assist. Fitness Giant shipped this out to us right away and were excellent to work with. It did have a damaged rock climb hold from shipping. I called to let them know. No questions asked they rush shipped a new part to me. The level of service Fitness Giant gives to their customers is above and beyond.
