Good value. Works well once the sleeves are oiled. There is no play in the sleeves. Sleeves are correct diameter so even top-end calibrated plates fit correctly. Good knurling holds Fat Gripz well.

The 25.4mm handle is a bit small. A 28mm handle would be better.
