- Handle: Straight cylindrical grip set inside a padded handle.
- Side Rails: Color bands correspond with the weight chart on the handle for easy weight identification.
- Selector Pin: Change weights quickly and easily with the secure magnetic polypropylene pin, rated for 500lbs. max load.
- Dial Lock:Adjust in 2.5 lbs. increments by using the adder weights. Simply tilt the handle back and place the dial lock in the open position to gently remove the adder weights inside the lower ballast tubes, then close the dial lock and place the handle back in the set.

Verified BuyerI watched tons of review vids on YouTube before making my purchase. Ultimlately, I was torn between a couple of brands and chose this one for its 1) ease of changing weights, 2) ability to expand up to 90lbs, and 3) unique design for comfort on multiple exercises.
Let me tell you. I LOVE these. From bench to overhead presses, bicep curls, lat raises, deadlifting and more - these really are excellent. They don't feel cheap, they look nice, and they are comfortable on your hand.
Highly recommended. Price and shipping (cost+time) from Fitness Giant were better than every other online retailer as well! Great Customer service too.

Their customer service was wonderful, their updates were prompt and their prices were not inflated. They could have taken advantage of the demand and charged exorbitant prices but they didn’t.
