I find them to be perfect for me. They are exactly as described and I enjoy them for exercise.
Pros
  • I like them. They are exactly what I expected. I just leave them out and follow no routines, when I walk by I do a set of an exercise aqnd just use them throughout the day to keep toned. Time will tell. I highly recommend these as a set of weights.
