Extremely poor welding

The bar is functioning as expected however the welding at the attachment point looks like someone’s first attempt at welding. It has sharp edges where the attachment was not completed. The weld only covers about 2/3’s to 3/4ths of the flange. For the price I expected much better workmanship.
