Verified BuyerThe bench arrived and the base frame was not included in the shipment. In addition, there was a small tear in one of the back pads. I called and spoke to John Petti. John was extremely professional and courteous. He apologized for the error and had the manufacture reshipped the missing base and a new back pad. It arrived yesterday and I could not be happier with the purchase. The bench is well made and solid. John's excellent customer service skills is icing on the cake. Thanks John

Good sturdy bench and perfect for studios

I'm pleased with this adjustable bench. I've been looking for one for my studio for a long time and I'm glad that I chose this one. I wheel it around and move wherever I want to. The adjustments are numbered so you know exactly what angle you are working at!
Cons
- The only con I have is I wish it was a bit longer. It's a little short for my taller clients.
