I purchased this and several other pieces of York equipment and have had no complaints. The commercial grade material and competitive pricing is what made me choose them over other well-known manufactors. One of the pieces had a small scratch on it and after I notified customer service at York (yes, I actually got to speak to a real person), a new one was sitting on my front porch within a couple of days. I have been completely satisfied and will definitely be purchasing additional pieces from them in the future.
