Body-Solid’s new SFID325 Commercial Flat/Incline/Decline bench is designed to meet any facility’s requirements without breaking the bank. Utility benches are a critical part of any commercial or vertical market facility. Home use benches often incorporate leg attachments that get in the way of many exercises.
Home use benches also do not have the quality to hold up in a commercial environment. The SFID325 satisfies both of these needs in an affordable quality bench. The unit adjusts from decline to flat to several incline positions. The back pad and seat pad adjust individually of each other.
The SFID325 has a tested weight capacity of over 1000 pounds with its 2"x3", eleven-gauge steel. Thick durable upholstery holds up in any setting. Oversized wheels with a front transport handle make the SFID325 very easy to move. The perfect match for dumbbell workouts, smith machines, squat racks and power racks, the SFID325 is an essential bench for any facility at an amazing value.

I have owned this bench for a few years and it is holding up nicely. My only complaint is that when you move it to the decline position there is nothing for your lower legs to grip, so you slide down while doing decline. Wish this could be fixed.
Pros
Durable
Cons
Decline function isn't very functional.

A very solid piece of gear. The padding isn't soft, it's extremely firm (as noted by some other reviews), but let's face it - this thing is meant for working out hard, not lounging. So I had no problem with that at all. One small issue - it's a bit difficult to raise the bench to its most upright position due to the close tight proximity of the thick pads where the seat meets the back. Otherwise, I'd have given this 5 stars.
Pros
Very solid bench.
Cons
Difficult to raise the bench to its most upright position.

Built well and functions well. If you are looking for something with soft padding this isn't it. Padding is hard as a rock but stitching and materials looks like it will last a long time.
Pros
Well built and functions well
Cons
For some the padding may be an issue because it is very hard.

Like all the different angles, but very stiff bench (not great padding) but serves it purpose.
